Rebel Gypsy Boutique Return Policy

ALL RETURNS are for store credit only. The original form of payment will not be refunded. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

We want you to LOVE everything you purchase, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you can request a return for store credit. 

If sizing of the item you ordered didn't work, and we have the size you need in stock, we recommended that you go ahead and order the item then use your store credit at a later date. This is due to carrying small inventory and high turnover on our items.

Shipping fees are non refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, email info@rebelgypsyboutique.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can approve your return and send you instructions on how to complete your return. *Please include your packing slip or a printed copy of your email with your return to ensure that you receive credit for the correct items* If you do not email us for approval or include a printed copy of your email or invoice, we will not process your return! Items must be received back to Rebel Gypsy within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items:

  • MUST have original tags attached
  • MUST be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in new condition
  • Shoes must show NO signs of wear and be in their original box

Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. Items need to be shipped back in their original packaging, if applicable, as we are NOT responsible for items damaged in transit back to our warehouse.

No refunds will be given. Store credit will be issued in the amount of original purchase price only and will be good for ONE YEAR from issue date.

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Sale Items
  • Discounted Items (promo, discount code, holiday, flash sale, etc)
  • Items purchased at pop up shops (holiday shows, vendor events, etc)
  • Jewelry
  • Accessories
  • Bodysuits/Intimates

All items are inspected before shipping but we are human and sometimes things get overlooked! If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at info@rebelgypsyboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery.
